Start your morning
with something
that tastes like
it was made
just for you.

Sourdough loaves, buttery pastries, and carefully pulled espresso — then, when the sun goes down, the same warm space becomes a corner for good cocktails and easier conversations.

Our Story

Bread that slows
the day down.

Ibakery 18 sits on a quiet stretch of 18th Avenue where the neighborhood still stops to watch the ovens open at dawn. We started with a single deck oven and a stubborn belief that sourdough shouldn't be rushed — 48 hours minimum, usually longer.

By afternoon, the space fills with the sound of breaking crust and the low hum of conversation. In the evening, the same tables hold wine glasses and shared plates. We kept the hours long on purpose: this is a place that works for your morning ritual and your unstructured evening.
